Yarita Lizeth

Yarita Lizeth Yanarico Quispe, professionally known as Yarita Lizeth “La Chinita del Amor”, is a Peruvian singer mainly associated with southern huayno, Andean music, and popular folklore. She began her artistic career in 2010 under the stage name that has followed her ever since, building a path shaped by live performances, emotional songs, and a strong connection with audiences from the southern Andean region. Her music later expanded from Peru to stages in Bolivia, Argentina, Chile, and Ecuador.

She became known for romantic and heartbreak-themed songs, including “Corta venas”, “Vuelve a mi”, “Amor pasajero”, and other tracks that strengthened her identity within southern huayno. Her visibility grew especially through audience response at concerts, the circulation of her music videos, and an artistic image that feels close, emotional, and recognizable. Bolivia was one of the key countries in her early growth before she consolidated herself as a national and international figure within Peruvian folklore.

In 2023, Yarita Lizeth brought her music to Luna Park in Buenos Aires as part of the tour “Cree en ti y lo vas a lograr”, one of the most visible milestones in her expansion outside Peru. That same year, she celebrated 13 years of artistic career at Plaza Norte in Lima with a massive concert linked to important names in Peruvian popular music such as Corazón Serrano and Los Shapis, reinforcing her place within the Andean folkloric and tropical scene.
