Asskha Sumathra, the stage name of Óscar Guzmán, is a Chilean drag comedian whose public career gained strong momentum in 2016, when she reached the final of the drag competition and docu-reality “Amigas y Rivales” held at the Fausto nightclub. Alongside her stage work, she spent a decade working as a nurse while developing her performance craft, gradually shaping a comedy-driven café-concert identity that became recognizable within Chile’s nightlife and live-show circuit.

Her broader popularity grew through two clear pillars: her own project “Reina del Café Concert,” active since January 2017 as both a webshow and a live café-concert experience, and her jump into mainstream television after winning “Coliseo” (MEGA) in late December 2025—a competition designed to secure a spot at the Viña del Mar International Song Festival 2026. That win cemented her nickname “The Queen of Café Concert” and positioned her as the first drag comedian to perform at the 2026 edition of the festival.

Her trajectory also includes a 2018 run in “El Circo de La Botota y sus Amigas,” a drag circus show led by Botota Fox, plus appearances at events such as the Todo Mejora Awards 2025. In “Coliseo,” the key names included a jury featuring Myriam Hernández, Álvaro Salas, Jorge Alís, and Pamela Leiva, and a final lineup of contestants Sr. Kampos, Claudio Merlín, Nico Pontigo, Circo Marisko, Andrés Pozo, Juanchy, and Lis la Cubana, with Asskha taking the title on 41.6% of the public vote.
